The first week of October, after finding this baby pregnant, cold, disoriented, frightened and very hungry, I had one sad dog on my hands. She sat and stared at one spot over the driveway for a week. NO light in her eye, no pep in her step. Well, into her second week and days after the babies were born I began to notice a change. One evening, Willow picked up her pace and jumped completely up onto me as i was sitting on the couch and kissed me! From then on, she has trotted or pranced about, a spark in her eye!
Today we went on her first walkabout the farm. She is able to take breaks from the babies , she had a blast!
Oh the happiness to watch her act like this!
